It was our 9th wedding anniversary November 13th 2013. Wow, we were married 9 years ago! This is crazy to me, it feels like just yesterday. I know a lot of people say that, but it really does not feel like we have been married for this long. What a great ride it has been, we have accomplished so much, had a lot of fun, experienced a lot of things and are looking forward to many more years to come!
This year for Halloween Oklan dressed up as a smurf, Jake was a Bingham football player, and Trace was a baby bum. I joined in on the fun for a night and dressed as a cheetah. Nate, Suzanne, Gage, Kate, Ava and Mimi and Papa came to our house and we ate dinner then took the kids trick or treating for a couple hours. It was nice weather and the kids had a lot of fun!
We did a ton of fun stuff this fall and luckily I snapped a few pictures of our fun! Enjoy :)
The time has come again...football season. Oke made the Gremlin A2 team this year and boy was it a great year! Ty helped coach in practice and was really involved with some decision making, but he wanted to take a season off from coaching after baseball. Which I was really glad he did because we were able to spend more time together and he was able to stay by Oke's side but not be too much. Oklan had great coaches, especially his head coach Brian O'Neil. We will definitely be happy if he picks Oke to be on his team again next year, Oklan learned and improved so much this year and was switched back and forth between a few positions because he is such a quick and eager learner. He was known as one of the "hardest hitters" on the team and he made a ton of new friends. It wasn't shocking that a few weeks into the season they were asking Ty to help out more and more because he is so knowledgeable and so great with the kids. Ty really is such a great coach, and I am just glad people appreciate it :) Until next year Bingham Football!
Jake turned 6 September 23rd 2013! Jake has also grown so much and matured into his own little self. He is so smart and so sweet, he has so many friends and loves to just play and have fun. He definitely got pretty spoiled this year too...but again he really deserved it! We love you Jakers!!
Oklan is 9 years old September 1st 2013. Oklan has grown and matured so much in the past year, doing so well in school like always, has so many friends mainly because he is such a sweet boy, and is doing so well in all of his sports and activities. So...I guess it's safe to say he was a little spoiled this year, but he deserved it and appreciates it so much. Love you Okie!!
First day of kindergarten for Jake and First day of 4th grade for Oklan.They have great teachers and tons of friends in both of their classes, when did they get so big?!?
