UNDER CONTRACT!!!!!

So this post is going to be out of no where because everything happened so fast...but our place is sold! We didn't even have it listed and a neighbor of ours who was selling his had a couple interested in his but his was already under contract, so he gave them our number because Ty being the very friendly and talkative person he is told him that we were THINKING of selling ours and moving.
To make a long story short, they called me to see if they could see the place that night, I quickly called my sister in law suzanne and asked what I should do because we were going to go through her to sell it. But she told us to go ahead and show it, and if they like it and wanted to put in an offer to go ahead and go through with it and be for sale by owner, because we will save money that way. So we showed it and two days later their realtor called me to tell me they were very interested and wanted to sumbit an offer, so...last sunday they did, and it was such a good offer that we had to take it! We quickly signed it and faxed it back....and now everything is a go so far! The inspector is coming today and the appraiser is coming some time next week I think, if that all goes well then things will be done and we will be sold! The closing date is set for the 30th of this month! I'm freaking out but so excited. I hope evrything goes through.

Now, we are on a mission to find a home! Or we will either be living in my parents basement till we find one, or homeless..ahh! No it will be fine just wish us luck!
