It's official!

Our house is sold and we are completely moved out. The buyers actually started moving in while I was still cleaning! Impatient little buggers! But we are so excited and happy to be done with everything. For those of you who don't know we had a bit of a bumpy ride trying to close on it! To make a long story short, the buyers of our condo were also selling their condo so ours couldn't be a done deal till there's was all closed and funded. The buyers of their condo had a hard time getting qualified( not too shocking in this market) so the closing date kept getting pushed back.
It was so frustrating because we never knew whether or not it was going to go through and everything was touch and go. We would start too pack up, then hold off for a couple days because we didn't know if we were going to have to unpack. But finally on friday afternoon (after we were about 90% moved out) we got the good news. Everything funded, oh it was such a relief!
So now we are living with my nice understanding parents until we close on our new house which is set for the 21st of this month. (I will post pictures and such when we get to that point:)

What a crazy exciting but also nerve racking experience this has been. We wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped out with the move, letting me talk there ear off explaining everything and understanding our crazy schedule through this whole thing. Especially our family's who have given us great advice and been there when we needed someone the most. Love you guys!
