FYI to those of you who read this when I put 20 lbs 14oz. as her wight instead of 7lbs 14oz which is her correct weight :) Hello I am a dork! sorry Suz! I did make you sound like a champ!
Ava (don't know if she has a middle name yet?) Sundloff was born on mon. april 20th. There was a little bit of a scare involving the umbilical cord and some breathing issues but everything is great and they got her breathing and back to normal very quickly. The NICU unit was so great! They were there within like a minute and everyone played a key factor in getting her stabilized. Good job NICU at IMC!
Anyway, She was a healthy 7lbs and 14ounces and 20.75 inches long. She did have to be in the NICU for a few days just to monitor her and make sure everything was okay and it was. We all knew it would be, but sheez talk about a scare. My brother and sister in law are so strong and are such great parents. I am so proud of them and I just love my niece sooo much. Both mom and baby got to come home this evening and they are both doing great! My brother is such a cute proud dad and husband! And Gage and Kate are going to be great big brother and sister. What a great addition to the family.
Easter
We had quite the Easter this year it was sooo busy but soooo fun. We woke up and had a Easter egg hunt at our house and got baskets around 7am, then went to my parents for an egg hunt and brunch at 10:00am, then went to my in laws at 2:00pm for another egg hunt and dinner.The back to my parents to have a relaxing evening. Whew! we got back home around 8:00am. It was way busy but the kids had a blast and got so spoiled but they were grateful! we talked about the true meaning of Easter and it was so cute to see there response:) Anyway, I took so many pictures but I am only going to post a few so this post doesn't take me 5 years to do ha ha :)
Jakers was so glad he found an egg on his own he just couldn't stand it :)

The book My Sister's Keeper is such a tear jerker, but it is a good book. I am excited for the movie and I think it is always better to read the book first. Just don't say I didn't warn you when your husband walks into the room and you can't stop crying!!!
