Easter Weekend :)

This past weekend we went down to St. George and stayed at my parents house down there to celebrate Easter and all of the April birthdays in my family. It was so much fun! Nice and relaxing but we also did a lot of things as well. On Friday we took the kids (and ourselves :) to go see the movie "How to train your dragon" and oh my we loved that show! That was seriously the cutest movie I have seen in a long time. The next day the guys went target shooting and to another movie "Clash of the Titans" they said it was alright. Then it was the ladies turn to get some time to ourselves and we also went and saw a movie "Remember Me" it was pretty good. Then we went and got frozen custard. It was pretty late by that point so we came home and watched "The Blindside" since some of us hadn't seen it yet.....LOVED IT! All of that along with crafts for the kids, playing around outside, soaking in the NICE weather, card games, four wheeling, decorating eggs and delicious food. And last but not least the last day was Easter AND my moms B-day. We celebrated all the b-days the first night and then on Easter the kids woke up to find their Easter baskets the bunny had left for them, then there was an insane amount of eggs inside and outside the kids and so much fun. It was a blast of course! It always is :)

The only down fall to the trip was that I was sick :( I had a really really bad sore throat that started on Wednesday so before we left to go down Thursday I went into the instacare (because my doctor wasn't in). They looked at my throat and swabbed it, felt my neck,looked in my ears ya know that whole rush rush look over ya deal and...nothing. Sent me on my way. Grrrr. Then not surprisingly it got WORSE so much worse everyday and I got congested and a cough :(. My family was so great helping me to feel better I think I went to the store 3 different times to get different medicines, and I already had a whole pharmacy with me that I brought down I swear. But all in all it was good,I survived and enjoyed the trip very much.
