Christmas

Christmas was a fun whirlwind holiday this year! It was really pretty busy but so much fun. It was my sister and brother in laws last year (most likely) coming into town for the holiday so we really wanted to make sure we did all the things we like to do every year. They got here on the 22nd in the evening and the next day we got to do a little bit of shopping, then the day before Christmas eve we went and saw Arthur Christmas. Christmas eve was of course the usual yummy crab dinner that my parents always do! I wasn't able to eat a lot of the dinner because it was mostly crab, shrimp and other shell fish but I had a little and there was other side dishes and of course tons of yummy appetizers. Then we played this way fun game that my sister brought called "Ticket To Ride" I had never heard of it or played it before but oh man it was so fun! I love games like that so we will def. be buying that one. Then Christmas was great we opened presents here, then went to my parents and my in laws and then had dinner and played some more games Christmas night.

The last day Lis and Amm were here my mom and dad were so nice to take ALL the kids so us adults could go see a non-kid movie. It was great, we saw the 2nd Sherlock Homes, got some yummy treats and popcorn and just enjoyed each other. Its nice to be able to go and do those things when you don't get to very often. the only sad part was my mom ended up getting sick shortly after we left and we didn't know so she was sick taking care of our kids :( If we had known we wouldn't have gone! But she said she was fine and it wasn't too much. So anyway, that is just a re-cap of our Christmas this year! Hope every ones was great as well! I didn't get too many pictures because my camera took a dump a little while ago and Ty actually got me a new one for Christmas but by the time I got it charged I only took a few...so I borrowed some from Lis too :)

Look how the guys are wearing aprons! haha they always cook breakfast Christmas morning so we decided to make them wear cute little aprons while they did it. They were good sports :)
