Last week we took a trip down to St. George to get away and to visit with some of our family. Minus the trip to the instacare and ER for Jake for what we thought was something really bad that ended up only being the stomach flu and an ear infection (poor guy) it was really fun. Jake is doing better now, but man, those few days were rough. By the second day of our visit down there he was doing much better so we got to play and enjoy ourselves.
We went to fiesta fun, ate some yummy food because my mom and dad are such great cooks, enjoyed a bike ride ( for me) and a good run (for ty). I won't mention whether Ty was passed by my 5 foot teeny tiny sister-in-law or not. But lets just say after 7 months of no running he did pretty well on the 4 mile run. Good for you Ty! (Suzanne, I know you are laughing right now.) All in all it was a fun trip.

I shouldn't laugh to hard because he might just kick my butt next time... But for you Ty I ran 9 miles the other day and I will tell you I didn't walk for two days I can't imagine what it would be like after 26 miles but I think it would be well worth it..... Also we all got feeling better too so that is definitely a plus... See you in a couple of days....
WOW! I am impressed with Tyler. Four miles is rough! I cant imagine doing that after not running for so long. Great Job!! Looks like you had fun. I'm jealous, I want to go back down there.
That looks like so fun to be where the sun is. That is hard that Jake was so sick it makes things miserable because they don't feel good!
