Date Night and the Arts Festival Festivities

Friday night Ty and I wanted to have a date night without the kids since we haven't done one since....a while so I asked my mom and dad if they could watch the kids for a couple hours so we could go see Transformers 2 Ty really wanted to see it and I did too so I got tickets earlier in the day for the 8:00 movie, we left the kiddos with my parents and off we went. Thanks mom and dad you guys are the best! It poured rain that night and we had to park clear out in B-F-E since it was opening night for the movie and we had to book it to the theater. I almost fell about 5 times because I had really slippery flip flops on and Ty kept laughing at me. The movie was really good! It was 2 1\2 hours long but it didn't seem like that at all because it was so entertaining. We had so much fun! It kind of reminded us of how it was when we were dating. We always have so much fun together and laugh at every little thing. I love you babe! We were so excited to get the kiddos though, it was such a fun night.

Then Saturday me and the boys and some of my good friends went to the arts festival (Ty was golfing..shocker I know ha ha) anyway it was sooooo much fun! There was a lot of things to do for kids and yummy food and all sorts of things to look at, bands to listen to and so much more. It is always fun to get with my girls and do fun stuff like that I had a blast and the kids did too! We always have fun though! Then Ty came and picked up the boys so us girls could just hang for the rest of the night. Such a fun weekend! I love that it is finally warm and I feel like it is really summer now! Yay!

Here are some pics of us at the Arts Festival down town.

Looks like fun! I wish I could have done both things that night. But then Katie and Morgan would have had to help with two more kids!!
