So, ever since we bought our house 2+ years ago I have been wanting to get new carpet in it. The people who built the house before us really did do a good job in almost every aspect (paint, tile ect...) but the carpet just was bad. Most people who came over said they didn't think it was that bad but I really hated it! It was too light, very cheap, and they used the cheapest pad possible. Maybe I am a "carpet snob" ha ha...but for some reason I am really funny about the flooring in MY house especially carpet, and I just need it to be good carpet, with a good pad, and when you have children it needs to be dark enough so it doesn't show every little thing. At least this is my opinion...Anyway, so we saved and saved and were finally able to do it!!
We went through RC Willey and have been pleased. We went in last Saturday and they were doing a special where they were only charging a $39 flat installation fee on any stain master carpet. And the carpet we picked was a stain master carpet. Then we picked a really good pad and they were able to schedule it to be installed the next Saturday (which was just yesterday) so in all it only took a week for everything. They were really fast and did a good job and we were pleased when it was a good $800.00 less then we thought it was going to be! So, anyway I will quite jibber jabbing and here are some pics :)

That looks awesome. I especially love the pictures of everyone having a sleepover on their mattresses (sp?). So exciting. IF I lived there I would have been there helping you move furniture and be a part of every moment I could. LOve ya Chels.
So nice. I must be a carpet snob too cuz I hate the carpet in my house too. No one else seems to think its bad but I sure hate it. Maybe I should start a carpet fund too. ;)
